Here are some ways you can start practicing!
🌿 Write a thank-you note - To someone important in your life, someone who helped you out just once, or even perhaps to yourself.
🌿 Keep a journal - Take a moment every day to think about the positive components of your life and the things that you are grateful for. Some days it could be ten things, some days it could be just one, but try every day to note them down and include the specifics - why that moment created gratitude and perhaps the other feelings or thoughts that it evoked.
