Should I refrigerate my products?
Refrigeration of our products is not necessary. Our formulations are designed to maintain their stability and efficacy when stored at room temperature. Proper storage away from direct sunlight and extreme heat will help preserve the integrity and performance of the products. You can confidently store your Seed to Skin Tuscany products in a cool, dry place, making them easily accessible for your daily skincare routine. What is my product’s shelf life?

The shelf life of our products is determined by the PAO (Period After Opening), which is 6 months. This means that after you open the product for the first time, it is recommended to use it within 6 months to ensure the best quality and efficacy.

Is your collection safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding?

The majority of our product collection is considered safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, we do recommend avoiding the following products during this special time:

How do I find the US dollar amounts for your products?

Thank you for your interest in Seed to Skin Tuscany products. As an Italian company, our website presents product prices in Euro. However, during the checkout process, your payment will be automatically debited in your local currency by your bank, with no additional currency exchange charges. The currency conversion will be facilitated through NEXI Payment gateway, ensuring a seamless and transparent transaction.

Customs

Why do I have to pay UK Customs?

We understand that paying UK Customs duties can be an added expense, and we want to clarify that these charges are not set by Seed to Skin Tuscany or our courier company.

As of January 1, 2021, there have been changes to UK regulations, and when importing products from the EU, additional government taxes may apply. For orders being delivered to countries outside the European Union, customs charges may be imposed by the government in addition to the order amount. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by the local authorities of the destination country.

To potentially avoid import costs, we recommend considering purchasing our products from our trusted partner, Liberty.

It’s important to note that starting January 2021, the prices displayed on our website for UK purchases exclude Italian VAT of 22%. Additionally, the additional UK government taxes on your purchase are expected to be less than 22%. Furthermore, we offer free worldwide shipping for purchases exceeding 100 €, providing our customers with added value and convenience.

Shipping and Returns

What is your return or exchange policy?

Pursuant to Art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the Customer acting as Consumer, within the time limit of 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the Product may exercise the right of withdrawal, obtaining the full refund of the amounts paid for the purchase of the Product including the shipping costs incurred. In the event that the Customer has chosen to have the Products purchased in a single Order delivered in multiple shipments or in the case of a Product consisting of multiple pieces or lots to be delivered in multiple shipments, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal shall commence with the delivery of the last Product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, within the time limit indicated in the previous paragraph, the dedicated form published on the website.

The notice must indicate the order number, the intention to withdraw from the purchase, the product (s) for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the bank details to receive the credit transfer and an ID. A copy of the tax purchase receipt present in the package must be attached. Alternatively, the consumer may request a refund of the returned product using the same means of payment chosen by the consumer during the purchase.

Within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of notification of withdrawal in the event of it having been carried out on the portal, the Customer must return the Product by means of a recorded delivery or a traceable shipment to the following address:

It is essential that the goods to be returned are intact to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Once the Product has been received, and it has been seen to be intact Seed to Skin by Borgo Santo Pietro S.r.l. will pay the refund by bank transfer only.
